About

I sit between the
business and the system.

I have spent my career learning how a business actually works, then building the systems that run it. Same hands on the strategy and the code.

I spent fifteen years scaling hospitality and multi-unit operations — owning the P&L, building teams, running procurement, and learning the unglamorous mechanics of how a business actually holds together day to day. That work taught me something no course does: where the real knowledge lives, and how rarely it ever makes it into a system.

From there I moved into SaaS sales at Toast, selling restaurant technology to the operators I used to be. I went from Growth Account Executive to Team Lead to District Manager, and today I lead a team of seven reps — carrying a number, forecasting, designing territory, and coaching every week.

Somewhere in that stretch I taught myself to build. Now I engineer the data platforms, prospecting engines, and AI automations my own team runs on every morning — not prototypes, but tooling people depend on. I am the user and the builder at the same time, which keeps the work honest.

On the side, I consult on trusted-AI and context architecture: helping teams turn what they know into systems they can rely on, with clear boundaries and real judgment.

The through-line is simple. I understand how a business actually works, and I can turn that understanding into systems people trust. Most people can do one or the other. The interesting work happens where the two meet. I live in Chicago.
